JK, Do you think that combining a class to discuss the two parts, literature and science, would help students with connecting the two? I am trying to decide if we could combine many aspects of the story to the classes. Taking your Frankenstein for example we could use the literature, science, and history? Is this too much for students and do you think it would be effective?

Hannah, I'm not sure that combining two classes like that would be the best to help connect the ideas. I think that it would be absolutely awesome to connect the story of Frankenstein with history, science, and literature, but I think combining the actual classes wouldn't be ideal. I like the idea of connecting it in all of the different classes! I'm not sure if I answered your question, but I hope I did!
